GTC Meeting Room Availability

The Galway Technology Centre Meeting Booking System is available to all tenants and virtual clients of the GTC. You can see the current availablity of all meeting rooms on the calendar below. If you would like to book a room, please click on the timeslot you would like to book and then log in with your GTC account.


This system is to book our two small meeting rooms – Meeting Room 1 – located behind reception and Meeting Room 2 – located beside the canteen. If you would like to book the HP Training Suite (Room 27) please contact reception.

On each day there are two columns when you use your mouse: Left hand column is for Meeting Room 1 – behind reception and right hand column is Meeting Room 2 – beside canteen. Select the room you would like to book by hovering over the column associated with that room.

In the interest of fairness to all tenants and to ensure availability, we ask that booking are made for a maximum period of 3 hours per day per company. If you require a room for a longer period please use some of the common areas throughout the building or contact reception and we will endeavour to locate you in another location.
