In this talk, Tom Coleman, founder of My Nutrition will explore issues around health and wellbeing. He wil look at sleep for optimizing health and then explore how to strike a good balance along with changing and developing positive lifestyle habits. Tom will cover some tips and coping strategies which help to reduce stress and deal with daily challenges especially in light of COVID. Participants are given a simple and effective set of takeaways to put their plan into action.
Tom Coleman is the founder of My Nutrition Ireland and has worked with elite athletes, world class coaches and brand leaders in business and sport. He has a background in Health Science and is a specialist in Health, Nutrition and Performance. Tom has also worked with the IRUPA (Irish Rugby Union Players Association) on Sleep and the impact on recovery and health. Last year Tom sat on a panel of National & International experts on Sleep. He contributes to media on a regular basis in regard to many aspects of Health, Nutrition, Sleep and Wellness.
