SEMINAR ON THE MICROSOFT® BIZSPARK™ PROGRAMME AT GALWAY TECHNOLOGY CENTRE
WESTBIC and Galway Technology Centre are hosting a seminar on the Microsoft BizSpark Programme at Galway Technology Centre, Mervue Business Park on May 14th at 12.30pm. Microsoft® BizSpark™ offers start ups easy access to current, full-featured Microsoft development tools and platform technologies, as well as production licenses to develop and bring innovative and interoperable solutions to market.
The program provides start-ups with access to:
Software. Join BizSpark and you’re just clicks away from having access to current, full-featured development tools, including Visual Studio Team System, plus production licensing to develop and bring your solution to market.
Support. BizSpark provides you with professional technical support from Microsoft and connects you to a global community of business experts who can help guide you through the hurdles of growing your business.
Visibility. Through BizSpark, you’ll have the opportunity to achieve global visibility to an audience of potential investors, clients and partners.
The seminar will include an overview of the program benefits for software companies presented by Ronan Geraghty, Microsoft Ireland as well as presentations from users and hosting partners. In addition, there will be a presentation on the Business Angels program for start-ups seeking funding for their new ventures, which is run in the region by WESTBIC in conjunction with Enterprise Ireland and Inter Trade Ireland. The Seminar will also mark 15 years in business for Galway Technology Centre and will highlight the support and service provided by GTC to technology and knowledge-based enterprises in the Galway Region.
